ABOUT OUT WALLS:
Our large walls stand 8 feet tall/ 12 feet wide and 2 feet deep. They are based on steel frame construction so they are able to stand alone inside or outside. Our Sweetheart table wall stands 8 feet by 8 feet. Our white garden arch is beautifully oversized at over 7 feet tall!
HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
To confirm your event date and rental item, you will complete a rental agreement and pay a 50% deposit. The balance of your payment will be due 7 days prior to your event.
ABOUT YOUR EVENT DAY:
Our Bloom Squad team will handle everything for your delivery, set up and removal. We like to be one of the first vendors in so that we can be set up and out of the way for the rest of your event to unfold. If you are not on site that morning, we will snap a pic and send you a text to be sure the wall is just what you had in mind. At the appointed time for pick up, our squad will sneak back in and take the walls home to get them ready for the next big event! We work really hard to ensure that our part of your big day is smooth sailing!
CAN THE WALLS BE MOVED DURING THE EVENT?
Once the walls are set up in place, they are not able to be moved during your event. If you have a special request or idea, let us know. We will do what we can to make sure that you have what you want for your party!
CAN I PICK UP THE WALLS MYSLEF?
Due to the size and structure of the walls, we do not allow clients to do their own installation.
Our walls are built to stand up to almost anything your venue and day throw at them! That being said, we do not set up the walls if they will be rained on and do reserve the right to not set the walls up in high winds. We know that sometimes weather causes day of changes and will commit to do our best to accommodate your event needs and be flexible.
